Kayadam Cave Hotel - Urgup, Cappadocia, Turkey

During our brief visit to Turkey, Istanbul, Selcuk and Urgup are favorite towns. The countryside and culture around Urgup are very memorable, and Kayadam a wonderful pension which we will warmly recommend to our friends.

Was uns hier besonders begeistert hat, war die LIEBE und das GEFÜHL, das man hier überall spürt bei der Gastfreunschaft. Hier fühlt sich jeder sofort wohl - wir werden sie überall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für diese aussergewöhnliche Erlebnis ! Sie haben mit ihren Ideen und ihrem Gespür für Harmonie ein Meisterwerk geschaffen. Wir sind so begeistert, dass man es einfach nicht mit Worten ausdrücken kann.

Le plus difficile est de quitter cette "seconde maison". L'hospitalité vaudrait à elle seule le déplacement s'il n'y avait aussi la vue, les confitures et la... Cappadoce.

Un accueil des plus chaleureux dans un endroit merveilleux et un site enchanteur. Que demander de mieux ? Merci pour tout cela.

We had a very nice day here ! How splendid view its is ! Sun shine’s view is extremely wonderfull. The master of this hotel was so kind that we felt at home. We suprised by each nice rooms and beatiful garden. We have never forgotten this land and hotel.

We come here looking for a peaceful and restful place away from our busy lives. This place was all that we hoped for and more. Kappadokia is a very special place, unique in its beauty and character, the people of Kappadokia reflect this, kind, generous and caring.
We have had a wonderful time and have been made to feel very special. We will always remember our perfect holiday here.

My love affair with Turkey has been steadfast for many years, how is it then that my path never reached Ürgüp and it's warm and lovely inhabitants, staying with you all here at the Kayadam was such a special gift and one that will have it's own very special place in my heart forever. The magic that you have created is so perfect, such beauty, such calm, such warmth all make for that captivating potion that you have truly magically put together. I will not say goodbye but 'Au Revoir', because you can rest assured that I will be back again. Many many thanks for such joy !

I was up early to get ready for my 7a.m. departure. I felt sad to be leaving Cappadocia and Turkey. I looked up and saw a lovely crescent moon in sky full of stars. It reminded me of the Turkish flag and was a sign that I would be back to visit this marvelous country and especially the Kayadam Cave Hotel. I could not have imagined a nicer way to end my visit to Turkey or nicer people than Kismet and Ramazan. My memories of Kayadam will be long and happy.

Thanks for all your effort in making our cave stay a comfortable and memorable experience. The place is so lovely with such sweet garden and terrace. We loved our dinner sitting on the terrace eating the yummy tomatoes, you provided.

We spent 3 wonderful days in Kappadokia, thanks to your care, and advise about practical things. You have here a beatiful hotel, and every day it was very good to come, home and be welcomed.
